- All interior hardware consists of Stainless Steel SS304.
- The entirety of the external cladding consists of Fibre Reinforced Polymer (FRP) material, accompanied by FRP louvres that are visually appealing and offered in a variety of colours.
- Each tower is equipped with an access door that has a maximum height of 5 feet. This door allows entry into the basin and air intake plenum area for the purpose of inspecting the PVC fills and cleaning the FRP basin, among other tasks.
- Towers are typically provided with an Inspection Window located at a high position to permit observation of the Distribution System.
- All fans in this application are operated at a speed of 350 revolutions per minute (rpm) using a direct drive mechanism. This design choice is made to provide extraordinarily low levels of noise.
- There is no need for any supplementary maintenance for either the Belt drive or Gear drive, and the power transmission loss that is typically associated with these drives is completely avoided.
- The power consumption of this series is considerably lower compared to the X and XE series.
-The FRP Deflector Cowls have been fitted with an acoustic lining in order to further reduce the levels of noise.
- All polyvinyl chloride (PVC) fills and drift eliminators are manufactured by MM Aqua, formerly known as Munters India.
- Significant cost savings are achieved by the utilisation of domestically manufactured towers, as compared to imported alternatives, due to reduced equipment and spare costs, as well as improved availability.
- All towers are equipped with hand railings on the top deck, as well as safety cage ladders for accessing the top of the tower.
- The base frame located beneath the tower are treated with a layer of hot-dipped galvanization.
- All of the counter flow towers mentioned are certified by CTI.
