ADVANTAGES OF CTI CERTIFIED TOWERS
- These towers do not have a pre-established TR classification; instead, they are only designated according to the designed parameters and flow rates.
- These towers are subjected to stringent testing. Data collected on-site is integrated scientifically and supplied into a Data Logger. The collected data is analyzed for performance to determine the efficiency and effectiveness of the towers.
- Towers that achieve more than 95% efficiency as designed are regarded as acceptable; otherwise, the tower is termed failed. (A sample detailed test analysis is enclosed.)
- MUNTER PVC FILLS, the finest available heat transfer media, are utilized. Additionally, MUNTER DRIFT ELIMINATORS are utilized to decrease drift loss.
- All CTI Towers are flushed with nearly 30 percent more air than the Standard Series to assure optimal performance under adverse conditions.
- All towers are supplied with Stainless Steel Hardware and hot dip Galvanised Base frame.
- The accuracy of the tower selection can be verified by referring to the CTI website, where a selection matrix is available. The permissible range of variance is limited to a mere 5%.
- CTI Towers have a "L" series option specifically designed for Very Low Rpm applications, resulting in reduced noise levels.
- BELL has a dedicated team of competent workers who are specifically assigned to the installation of CTI Certified Towers. It is important to note that no sub-contractor or external agency is permitted to carry out the installation of these towers.
- CTI conducts ongoing and regular checks and controls on all manufacturers. Each approved series must undergo annual revalidation through testing conducted at designated facilities. If the tested tower's efficiency falls below 95%, the entire line must be immediately discontinued.
