Job Description
JD as follows: Provide technical support for network infrastructure, troubleshoot connectivity issues, and ensure smooth operation of LAN/WAN systems. Configure and maintain routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless networks. Monitor network performance and resolve hardware, software, and security-related issues. Coordinate with internal teams and vendors for network maintenance and upgrades. Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, troubleshooting processes, and system updates. Ensure network security, data protection, and uninterrupted business connectivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi networks
- Troubleshoot network connectivity and performance issues
